Dr. Frank Freedman brings broad product development, manufacturing, planning, quality and regulatory experience to the Board. He holds degrees in physiology and electrical engineering. Many life-saving, surgical recovery, and quality of life medical devices were developed under his guidance and work for Twin Cities medical device companies. Early in his career, his work involved using a new, tiny artificial lung to breathe for neonates with severe hyaline membrane disease.
