Emily Schreiner, RN, BAN, PHN, CLC

Emily Schreiner joined the Milk Bank in October 2023 as a Clinical Donor Coordinator and transitioned to Donor Manager in July 2026. Emily holds a Bachelor’s degree from St. Olaf College in Nursing and Sociology/Anthropology. She is a Certified Lactation Counselor, with a strong hospital background supporting families from labor to postpartum. Her passion for donor milk comes full circle with this important role. In the past she served on the board of directors, used donor milk after the birth of both her daughters, and went on to be a two-time milk donor herself! As the Donor Manager, Emily manages the team of Donor Coordinators, helping to find, screen and lead milk donors through their milk bank journeys!
