Lilly Nystel joined the Milk Bank in May of 2022 as a pasteurizer technician. She recently graduated from the University of Minnesota with a degree in Microbiology and has continued her education at the University of Minnesota’s School of Public Health, where she is studying epidemiology. As for the future Lilly hopes to pursue a public health career that involves infectious diseases related to maternal and child health.
