Leslie Kummer, MD, MPH, IBCLC

Dr. Leslie Morris Kummer, MD, MPH, IBCLC, is a pediatrician and lactation medicine specialist with a deep passion for supporting breastfeeding families. After completing her medical training and residency, her own breastfeeding challenges inspired her to specialize in lactation care. Dr. Morris Kummer completed a fellowship and MPH at the UMN in 2019 and has since contributed to breastfeeding outcomes research. She has worked at HealthPartners and Mayo Clinic and now provides in-home newborn and lactation care in Rochester, MN, through Fourth Trimester Doc. Dr. Morris Kummer is a mother of two boys and enjoys spending time outdoors and gardening.
