I decided to become a donor because I had a significant oversupply. My baby primarily nursed, but I still needed to pump regularly, and it quickly became clear that she would not be able to drink all of the milk I had stored. Each time, my milk was picked up through Angel Flight because we had over 1,000 ounces per donation and live quite a distance from the nearest milk depot. It was such a fun experience to meet the volunteer pilots and see them fly in for our milk!
